Shipping & Handling
Please be aware that shipping fees for sending out orders are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipments that are refused or not collected from shipping depots will be treated as returns and subject to return shipping charges.
Eco Bambino selects the quickest and most reliable shipping methods for all our products. Your order may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post. Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday, and weekend deliveries are generally unavailable. If you need a Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Care team to inquire about availability and associated costs.
For in-stock items, shipping usually occurs within 2-10 business days, depending on the method you choose, i.e. Standard Shipping or Express. However, during sales periods with higher-than-normal order volumes, shipping times may extend. If there’s any delay, you will be notified. Orders are currently shipped only within Canada or the US. If any issues arise regarding delivery times or availability, an Eco Bambino customer care representative will contact you by phone or email within 72 hours to discuss options. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is shipped.
Please note that orders may not always ship together. To expedite the process, some items may be dispatched from multiple locations.
If there are discrepancies with shipping costs (e.g., oversized items requiring additional charges after placing the order), a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email to confirm the adjusted price or shipping options. For oversized items like furniture, mattresses, bean bag chairs, or stroller/car seat combos, where no shipping charge is shown at checkout, we will reach out to provide the appropriate shipping fee.
Our shipping partners will make one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, a notice will be left at your door, and the package will be held at the depot for 3-7 business days before being returned to the store. If you wish to schedule a re-delivery, the shipping charges will need to be paid again by the customer.
To report damages or defects, please email info@eco-bambino.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any order discrepancies should be reported within 72 hours of delivery to the same email.
