Return Policy
You have 10 days to return unused items in their original condition, with a receipt and original packaging, for a refund via the original payment method. For online purchases, the 10-day window starts from the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.
Once we receive your return, Eco Bambino will inspect the item to ensure it is re-sellable before issuing a refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, or if it is no longer re-sellable, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Items that have been opened or assembled are not eligible for return.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
For safety, health, and hygiene reasons, certain products are also final sale, including but not limited to:
- Car seats and car seat bases
- Diapers
- Breast pumps and accessories
- Baby monitors with Wi-Fi functionality
- Bathtubs and bathing accessories
- Opened skincare products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste
- Opened teethers, nipples, and pacifiers
- Opened safety gates
- Potties
- Special order and pre-order items
- Mattresses and mattress covers
- Furniture
- Gift cards
- All clearance items
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for sending orders out are non-refundable, and returns are made at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and those not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and will incur return shipping fees.
Furniture
All furniture purchases are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has its own procedures for handling after-sales service, which may include part replacements through online portals. We follow all manufacturer policies strictly.
Please inspect all furniture upon delivery. If there is damage, sign for the item as "Damaged" and notify the driver. Then email info@eco-bambino.com to report the issue.
If there is a manufacturing defect, email info@eco-bambino.com. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 2 business days of shipment or pickup. Include photos of the defect, a copy of the original or gift receipt, the model number, manufacture date, and item description when submitting your claim.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to process orders quickly, so cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. Contact us at 1-855-585-9686 or info@eco-bambino.com to request a cancellation. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee your order is cancelled. A written confirmation will be sent via email for cancelled orders. If the order cannot be cancelled, refer to our return policy for further instructions.
